An adult account uses an email address, account identifier and sign-in information. Sign-in credentials are stored using WordPress account security. You may also provide profile information when editing your account.
If you use the activity-tried feature, that choice is saved against your account. Access records are used to determine which activity guides and downloads are available to you.
If you choose optional marketing updates, the site records your preference together with the consent wording, its version and the time of your choice. These account features do not require a child’s name, birth date or assessment.
We use this information to operate accounts, provide activity access, remember choices, record marketing preferences and protect the site. Ordinary account or security messages may be needed to operate an account.
Payments, physical-kit ordering and marketing sends are not enabled in the current development phase.
Essential cookies support sign-in, security and saved preferences. Hosting and security systems may record technical request information, including IP addresses and information needed to investigate errors or misuse.
Authorised site administrators and service providers needed for hosting, security and site operations may access information relevant to those roles.
Marketing consent is optional and can be changed in the parent-account preferences. Changing that preference does not remove activity access.

Account and preference records remain until they are updated or removed through site administration or the relevant account controls. You can ask us about the records associated with your account.
